I was born in 1964 in San Isidro de El General, San José, Costa Rica, and have spent most of my life in the southern region of the country—a place I know deeply and to which I feel a strong personal connection.
My career in real estate spans several decades, during which I have been actively involved in the development of the real estate market in the southern Pacific region of Costa Rica, working as a consultant, commission agent, and real estate broker.
I completed my real estate brokerage studies in Charleston, West Virginia, USA, gaining solid technical training and an international perspective. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, and have extensive knowledge of Costa Rican real estate law.
Over the years, I have witnessed the growth of the real estate sector in the region, as well as the challenges faced by poorly advised buyers. I have seen firsthand the mistakes, distortions, and market manipulations that have harmed many people. For this reason, I have long been committed to providing ethical, clear, and responsible guidance—focused on protecting the interests of those who place their trust in my experience.
